This was actually a pretty good book. I saw it through a Tik Tok and enjoyed the plot. Mary is different to heroines I usually read about and although at times she annoyed me, I can relate to her insecurities at time and how it is hard for her to realise MISCOMMUNICATION was the reason her and Leo missed out when they were younger. I did love Leo and the raw emotion throughout this book kept me on the edge of my seat. I read all 400+ pages in one sitting. I cried a lot at some parts because it hit different and I am blessed that I got to read this book. I hate miscommunication but when you have roommate and sports involved, I am all for it. I absolutely adored all their little relationships and the friendships, warmed my heart and I can’t wait to have friendships and blessings as Mary did.
