Shopaholic to the Stars
by Sophie Kinsella
My comment upon reading the last page was "Well that's stupid". Since when are we doing cliffhangers, Sophie?
The saving grace of this book is that it was indeed better than the last few of the series - while still predictable and a smidge unbelievable, it was still overall a light-hearted romp that doesn't make me want to smack sense into lovable yet selfish yet well-meaning little Becky. The scenarios are still over the top but I don't expect much reality when reading Sophie Kinsella.
