As someone who too hasn't seen any trans men representation in books I wasn't sure what to expect. Would it be done correctly? Would I be able to relate at all? Maybe our experiences will be very different etc.
But all of my concerns were proven unjustified. This book reflected my personal experience with coming out especially in school and to my family perfectly. So many things hit home to the point where I was crying so often I lost count. I could feel every single thing Yadriel was going through because it had happened to me just like that!!
But that wasn't all!! Not only was the trans representation absolutely amazing, it wasn't overdone either. There wasn't too much focus on Yadriels identity or his struggles, it was balanced perfectly.
The plot alone would have been enough for me though, it was absolutely nerve wracking and I had to force myself not to read this book in one go, it was captivating and stirred me up like crazy.

I am happy to say I enjoyed every second of this book, from the struggles to the romance and suspense it was wonderful.

I am privileged to have read this amazing book thank you so much!
