Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz
3.25
A good book:) Its one of those books that I wanted to read so badly when I was younger, but for some reason never got around to. I wish I had, because I’m sure it would have resonated more with me then. It’s not the books fault that I’ve grown out of these types of books tho.
A sweet coming of age story with themes of family, communication, trauma, sexuality, love and growing up. Great characters. The book feels like summer rain.
I missed a bit of a change of scenery, and the brief transphobia made me uncomfortable, but otherwise it was a good book:)
