The Case for Jamie
by Brittany Cavallaro
2. 5 in real life. (Why doesn't Goodreads have half stars? It's been interfering with my rating forever)
Listen, folks.
I'm disappointed.
Looking back now I guess it was okay and entertaining because I'm counting everything that happened, and there are parts that were better than others. The first half? Boring. I know there is this whole Moriarty thing happening but I'm here for Charlotte and Jamie. That being said, nothing relevant for those two happens after half of it (the second half). And when you think everything is better and this is the ending that you wanted? Dear author, just rip my heart and take it with you, will you? IT'S EASIER THIS WAY. I half liked that ending and half didn't. I understand why things turned out the way they did, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Good thing there is gonna be another book because I'M READY. It's also most probably going to be published next year, but I'm ready now and I will wait. And you know why?
That's right. Because I'm desperate.
