Whole Brain Living: The Anatomy of Choice and the Four Characters That Drive Our Life by Jill Bolte Taylor

hopeful fast-paced

1.0

Despite her saying that all characters have their value, she clearly thinks it's horrible being a 2, annoying to deal with a 1, 4s can do no wrong and 3s are the coolest.

This is not scientific. It is a construct that a woman who went through a remarkable experience created to make sense of her new reality. If it helps you, great. It felt shame-y and blame-y to me.
