4th Degree by Nikki Castle

5.0

“4th Degree” by Nikki Castle is the fifth book in her The Fight Game MMA romance series, and it’s an age gap romance featuring Coach Dominic Caruso and his student Skylar Vega.

Nikki Castle’s books always manage to make me emotional, and “4th Degree” was no exception. Dominic and Skylar had a beautifully written relationship, and I was rooting for them the whole time.

Before meeting Skylar, Dominic had never dated a student before because his reputation was the most important thing to him. But as he got to know Skylar, he found himself intrigued by her, and he couldn’t make himself stay away.

Skylar, on the other hand, has had an extremely difficult life. Her mother has Parkinson’s disease and her father passed away before the events of the book, so Skylar is the one who has to work multiple jobs while being in college in order to take care of her family.

Dominic and Skylar weren’t looking to start a relationship when they first met, but the sparks between them were very obvious, and they weren’t able to resist each other for long. I thought Dominic and Skylar’s love story was addicting, and I highly recommend it to any age gap romance fan!
