"Starfish" is an absolute gem of a book that hit me right in the feels. Seriously, it's a rollercoaster of emotions! We follow Ellie, this awesome young girl who's facing the tough battles of bullying and body image. And let me tell you, her journey is a wild ride of self-discovery and empowerment. The author really captures all the ups and downs of Ellie's emotions, making it impossible not to feel her struggles and root for her victories. There were so many time I was absolutely mad for Ellie. The themes of self-acceptance, friendship, and standing up to challenges are front and center, giving us all the warm fuzzies.

"Starfish" is a must-read. It's a powerful, moving, and ultimately uplifting tale that'll stick with you long after you've turned the last page. If your a teacher…please please share this with your kiddos.
