I'm a sucked for Scottish love stories. The accents. The setting. The Highlanders. 🔥 The kilts. I saw "Highlander" in the title of this one and was sold. Thank you Chirp for a solid romantic suspense audiobook deal.

Saidh Buchanan has SEVEN older brothers. Seven. Needless to say, she's a little rough around the edges, lady-wise. However, she is stunning and enough so that she catches the eye of Laird Greer MacDonnell. He catches hers as well. The two can't seem to resist one another and frankly, Greer can't get enough of Saidh's unladylike ways. 😂 After he takes her for his wife, Saidh is targeted to be killed a couple of times. Greer is determined to figure out what's going on and who is behind trying to take out his wife.

I enjoyed this one. It was a great, quick read. The accents were fantastic and I dug it.
