Every Waking Hour by Joanna Schaffhausen

4.0

Well, I’m not sure exactly why but I’m HOOKED on this series!! Yesterday afternoon, I was reading the 3rd book(I originally purchased 1,2,&3) when I realized “im going to finish this today and NEED the next one.” So I took a break and went and picked up book 4, but 5 was out of stock so I ordered online. Well, tonight I finished book 4 and I’m just so upset that book 5 is not in my hands NOW!
I’m not sure why I’m so hooked on this series, I’ve read 1-4 in under 24 hrs each. Ellery, the main character, is likable and annoying at the same time. Every chapter feels like a cliffhanger, and that is what I enjoy in my entertainment, that “i HAVE to know what happens next.” This series gives you that and more. Like I said, the main genial character does get on my nerves, but I think the leading male character, reed, balances it out for me(especially when his daughter is in the picture of he makes a comment about the dog).
I know this review does not summarize the book, but I’m not good at summaries without spoilers.

Also, I think I will be devastated if book 5 is the final.
