This book changed my thinking about the power within to be more than I ever thought possible. Dr. Dispenza gives the science, the studies and the methods by which we can be supernatural. Much of this I have known on some level, but this book truly confirmed what I once had only dared to hope or dream of. Within each of us there is the capacity to evolve into more consciousness that will bring forth a different future.
