A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson

4.0

LOVED this YA book. Such a quick and easy read which is my favorite- I love a book that I can not bear to put down. This story is from Pip's point of view as she chooses to follow a murder that happened a few years prior in her town (Andie) for her senior year capstone project. There was a pretty immediate written confession by Andie's boyfiend, Sal, that was found after he committed suicide. Pip dives into the case and looked at angles that the police never did. The novel is full of lists, charts, and maps which I LOVE. to see in books. Pip befriends Sal's brother, Ravi and their friendship is truly heartwarming. Throughout the book Pip leaves no stone unturned and stumbles across some dark things. The book has a great twist and ends on a high note.
