I've read this book before, when it initially came out, I fell in love with some poems but not a lot and shelved it, but was still comfortable with saying it was my favourite poem book.
Fast forward to 2022, I picked this book up again from my bookshelf to just annotate and tab, and I've fallen in love with it once again, more of the poems mean something to me now unfortunately, it feels as if someone took my brain and put it onto paper. This book feels like a comfort to me, a home, I feel at a place to be able to relate to both light and dark and find power in that. I am so thankful I picked this book up back in 2018, as now I can say it is one of my favourite books.
This book isn't for everyone so I will not say everyone needs to read this, however to the people that relate and can find solace in this book, it's amazing.
