ehhhhhh. not the best start to a series. the book could have been written better than it was, but the storyline was okay. the plot was well written, and it was entertaining to read but what put me off was the characters. they were horrible. i did not enjoy reading about them at all. they were so boring, AND you're telling me I'm supposed to fall in love with a man named Rhett how is a bull rider noooo. biggest turn off ever. so, no i hated the characters and the love story between the two could have been written in a much better way than it was. but at least i had the plot to make up for the faults. i liked how the characters met and how their journey and how they were connected through Summer's dad but that was it. i read the book in one day not because it was good but because i had the time to read it. it was an okay read, and other people would probably like it, it just was not for me.
