This book took me forever to get through, but the last ~100 pages were great and made it worth it. Most of the book is anti-climactic and predictable until near the end when the story picked up.
I wasn't a fan of the multiple characters POV/transcript style writing which made it hard to get into. I also found it hard to care about the band because I struggled to picture the songwriting and music that they talked about so much. Very excited to watch the show though!
