I knew, even before I'd finished reading this book, that I was going to read it again. There's so many great ideas in here, and I'm sure I didn't really grok them all the first time. And even when the book discusses tactics that seem more obvious or like common-sense, the context of a greater framework for these conversations sheds new light on the tactics. Also, the writing is just funny enough to keep things refreshing and engaging.
