An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson

Read in one sitting/a beautiful YA read and exactly was I was looking for regarding fluff and entertainment factors.

I loved the writing style and the true fairytale feel! The main con I would say was the ending, which was surprisingly “practical”!given the fairytale nature of the story, so like Cindy said in her review, I was expecting- and wanting- more fluff mainly near the end of the book haha. In other words, the ending wasn’t as satisfying as I’d wanted it to be and left a lot of loose ends, which could make for a nice second book if the author ever decided too. Nevertheless, a great adventure to escape into for sure! And had some surprising beautiful quotes and rumination on mortality and the beauty of life that I enjoyed.

Overall, a highly enjoyable winter read :) I really had fun reading this with a nice iced latte at the coffee shop during the day and then later in the living room under some Christmas lights!
