Her Knight at the Museum by Bryn Donovan

This was a cute little read. Nothing too intense or emotional to wreck you. That being said, it was also a bit too fast? I really liked how Griffin could visit Emily in her dreams first. I wish there had been a little bit more done with that before he was freed from his curse to run amok in the 21st century. I feel like some things just happened a bit too quick, and then left the rest of the book for too many mundane things.

I really like both Emily and Griffin as characters. As I said, this is a very light and fluffy read. There was still a conflict throughout, but most of the stuff I read has a lot more at stake. I feel like Emily kind of accepted things too quickly, even for a FMC in a romance book. She was also a little unsure of herself in certain situations, but knew her skills and worth. She did everything she could to help Griffin and also make an impression at her new job.

Griffin was all about Emily, which was so nice. Nothing distracted him from the beautiful woman he was enamored with from the beginning. He tried his best to adjust to the new time period he was in while staying true to himself in the process. He did what he could to stop the evil that had followed him to this time period and keep the woman he loved.

As I said, this was just a light and fluffy read. There really wasn't much to dissect or study here. I will probably read something from this author again in the future, especially if I want something super cute.
