I almost DNFed this several times, but something kept me curious about the investigation aspect despite its slow pacing at times. The ending was quite meh, too neatly wrapped up for my taste. This was definitely focused more on the characters and their personal lives, and most of them were insufferable, but I did enjoy the writing style and the psychological aspects of this.
