I was surprised that for a book so small, it took me longer to get through it. Initially, the shifting perspectives were a bit off-putting to me, but as the book continued, I ended up loving the way we got to see into so many heads. This book had a creativity to it I wasn’t expecting from the basic premise. I went in thinking I knew what I was getting into, but the end result was far more emotional than anticipated. Such a good read for a small horror book, and more depth than you’d think!
