Aged and full of very us-centric conservative economy-views, many of which simply do not apply anymore. The money-making suggestions summarize as:
- Buy foreclosure properties and resell for 3x as much
- Buy single stock and sell for 10x as much

Which is a sure way to make money - but also to loose it, which is more likely for 99.9% of the people who read a beginners intro into finance.

I would absolutely not recommend this book to anyone.
