The slow and inconsistent pacing along with a lot of editing decisions that I don’t love made this one fall a bit flat for me. I kept getting pulled out of it with way too many exclamation points and some really long winded explanations. Syd and  Ty’s journey is a sweet one though, no cliché miscommunications and they’re so good for each other, they deserved their hard-fought HEA.
