This was my first time reading a Laurell K. Hamilton novel and at first I had my doubts. The story snapped into overdrive from page one and was from the point of view of a woman who didn't seem to have a flaw except for being overly badass.
Now that I have finished I am overwhelmingly drawn to read the next one as Hamilton's writing style has me amused and intrigued from start to finish.
This one is a keeper.
