Days of Shattered Faith by Adrian Tchaikovsky

adventurous challenging dark reflective medium-paced

2.75

Preferred the second book in this series. The world building is terrific. It really is a living, complex world and structure that Tchaikovsky has created.

This book had me pretty confused, more so than the second book. Maybe it’s because these releases have been about a year apart? Or that we’re focusing on some new characters each book?

I’ve also realized - I don’t enjoy multiple POVs in books. I still enjoy and do love books with this structure but I prefer a focus on an individual vs. jumping around.
