Re read on audio Jan/24. As I was listening, I got to thinking how different a hero Kieran is. Celeste is the best ever “perfect young lady” exploring her wild side. Better even than Callie from Nine Rules. I said what I said. I appreciate this book more and more every time I read it. And for the audio - Zara Hampton Brown is a queen.
Re read apr 24/23 in anticipation of Willa and Dom’s book coming out. Kieran is one of the most singular romance heroes I’ve encountered. No dominant alpha-hole here. Not quite a cinnamon roll/beta hero either. He’s the broody, emotional, sensual, fun loving, optimistic, free thinking rogue. I love that he’s a poet and wears guyliner. I love that he does all the artsy things and he’s so emotional, creative and eloquent. And I’m not gonna lie, I see some of myself in Celeste.
