The Biology of Belief by Bruce H. Lipton
1.0
This book is an example of prioritizing breadth over depth. I wish more time could have been spent on each of the topics discussed. I found myself getting very interested in something, only for the subject to switch or for a simplistic example to be given that distracted from the main point at hand. I listened to the audiobook, and there were no chapters which made it incredibly difficult to follow. It felt like I has listening to a lecture rather than a book.
I want to be clear- I don't doubt the author's credentials or expertise in this topic. My issue lies more with the structure and voice of the book.
