This book mainly focuses on the characters' than the plot, it was written very raw and realistic in which I didn't mind as it made it more interesting for me. Plus, it was written/narrated in Frances' perspective which I really liked as I felt that I was in her mind , so to speak.

The characters were very unlikeable, awful at communicating and quite pompous at times which was the eye-rolling moment for me. However, Frances and I DO NOT share the same morals, I did see myself reflecting at my own flaws through her personality as well as sharing the same struggles with Endometriosis which really brought all home for me (weirdly, it gave me a sense of comfort that I am not alone in my battles)
