The perfect burn!
I absolute ADORE this book! The slow burn was just absolutely perfect. I finished this book a while ago and still cannot stop thinking about it. These two characters sho are so opposite are completely perfect for each other.
I hated the ex-boyfriend, but I completely understood why the heroine was making the choices she was making. I wanted to choke her manager and hug the hero’s mom. The supporting characters in this book were very important to the plot and used in a way that was frankly perfect for the story. They really exemplified why these two couldn’t give into this intense attraction sooner.
Overall, this is one of my favorite reads of 2022 so far. It’s been two weeks and I want to re-read it already. I’ve literally had dreams about it. It was absolutely amazing! Five stars, three chili peppers, the highest freaking recommend!
