P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han

5.0

I recommend this book if:
-you have read the first book 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before'
-light romances
-navigating friendships, drama and secrets

This 2nd instalment in the trilogy was extremely enjoyable! Lara Jean encounters a few problems along the way and she is a very relatable character. I must say, at first, I found the Belleview scenes (old people's home) very boring but it made sense for what was to come. Really excited to read the final book!

I really like Lara Jean and Kavinsky together. But I was maybe even more suspicious of Kavinsky and Genevieve than Lara Jean was. I was convinced they were still seeing each other romantically and the signs were there. I was so shocked to find out about why the video was taken and who Kavinsky was really waiting on. I can't believe I hadn't thought of it sooner! It's so obvious now! I was so disappointed that he asked for the necklace back. Glad he returned it at the end.

Now let's talk about wonderful John Ambrose. What a dream boat and a charming gentleman! He's so sweet and would be great for Lara Jean. I'm torn between both guys, just like her.

I'm hopeful that Lara Jean and Genevieve will reconcile in the next book. Not to become friends but to have less competition and jealousy between them.
