The Last Piece of My Heart
by Paige Toon
Bridget is a travel journalist, something I wanted to be when I was younger but then realized that I probably needed to speak more than one foreign language. She has the ambition to turn her relationship blog into a novel, but she gets rejection after rejection.
When she's asked to be a ghostwriter of a best-selling novelist she grabs this opportunity with both hands. But after a while.. her priorities begin to change.
Although you can guess where this book is going I was pleasantly surprised by some of the events in this book. I could identify with Bridget with the writing part and I really enjoyed how the scenery was described. I recommend this to anyone who likes reading about the struggles of writing and ofcourse if you like a sweet romance.
