One Chance
by Lena Hendrix
Oh these Sullivans
Leave it to Lena to take a trope we’ve read before and do the thing she does best and make it fresh and interesting.
Lee and Annette have been friends their entire lives, and even though they have never crossed that line both of them have wondered “what if?”. So when the towns annual dating competition starts up Lee decides to see if they have a chance to be more than friends. But Annette has a secret she’s been keeping that she’s afraid could ruin everything.
I’m enchanted by this world, these characters and how Lena tells a story. These Sullivan’s love hard and true and I can’t wait to see what’s instore for Duke. I have one more book to read in this series and then watch out, because I’m coming for those Kings!
