Avalon Tower by Alex Rivers, C.N. Crawford

What a rollercoaster this book took me one. I don't know how many times I flipped from hating to liking Raphael and Nia was the perfect spit fire of an FMC. Nia begins a seeming small act of just doing what is right and it turns into her possibly being the key they have been looking for. It was so great that Nia has the powers that she did so even though the book didn't have multi POV, you still get to see those inner thoughts. I was thoroughly intrigued from beginning to end. Oh and that ending dang it you can't dangle that tid bit of information and not have me on pins and needles waiting for the next one.
