abracadabria 's review for:
Secluded Cabin Sleeps Six
by Lisa Unger
so unimpressed. such a drag.
not that i expected a lot, per se. all these get-away psychological thrillers with the murder font on the covers (all of them have the same font!) are always disappointing.
this book went in so many different directions at all times. the characters, the subplots, the setting. it was messy and hard to keep track of.
and if i'm being honest, it's very farfetched and left me feeling incredulous by the end. thank god i didn't spend more than 4 hours on this.
