This is book 2 and I’ve been dying to read it since book 1. Of course all of our favorite characters like Kris, Coal, Hex, and Iris are back and we have some great new characters like Lochlann and his sister’s. Kris and Loch’s meet cute is hilarious and their opposite personalities make them great for each other. Both of them go through some serious soul searching in this book and has some more serious notes to it more than Coal’s party boy crisis of book 1. You learn so much more about Kris and his story and feelings just really break your heart and soul. Loch’s sisters add the humor to his sometimes stubborn and serious personality. There seems to be a little set up with Iris in this book but I doubt it will be anything with St. Patrick’s Day. There are so many holidays it could be! I can’t wait for the next one and these books are always so fun with just the right notes of spice.
