The Library Book by Rebecca Gray

informative relaxing slow-paced

3.5

As with any anthology or collection, there were some pieces that I enjoyed more than others. However, I found it a good read with a mixture of essays, memoirs and the occasional short story or extract from a longer work. Taken together, this book reinforces just how vital libraries are to a community and the transformative effect they can have on people’s lives. It is incredibly important that we maintain our public libraries and shout about them with pride.
