Oh I adore this series. Decided to reread this before reading the 3rd book as I had forgotten some of the details.
Absolutely adored it, judt as much as the first time. Olivia Wildenstein is an incredible writer who doesn't get nearly enough hype.

Wow wow wow WOW.
What a second book!
Olivia Wildenstein just gets better and better and has me completely hooked with this series!
I was so excited for this book and it did not let me down.
The story just got more complex and with so many twists and turns, I didn't know what was going to happen next. And that ending was utterly insane! I was not expecting that and am shocked to my core! This story is filled with adventure, drama, love and passion.
The characters continue to be amazing and I love their progression, especially Fallon who really came into her own in this book. I again love her love and connection with animals!
I adore Lore! He is now definitely one of my favourite book boyfriends! I also love so many side characters including Cathal, Syb, Phoebus and Antoni.
The romance is slow grow but brilliant. And yes, there is some great smut in this book!
The writing is incredible. Has me hooked and because of that I read this book in 2 days! This series is seriously addictive.
Overall a brilliant second installment. If you love fantasy with a side of romance and smut then definitely read this series. Crows, Fae and witches! What's not to love?!
