Einstein's Cosmos: How Albert Einstein's Vision Transformed Our Understanding of Space and Time by Michio Kaku

5.0

Excellent, excellent read. Not only does Kaku make Einstein 's theories human readable but he lets you into the great mans life. I especially appreciated the last chapter that follows what his theories have lead to today. This was my first exposure to parallel universes as an answer to dark matter and I am admittedly intrigued. Kaku makes this graspable by comparing our universes wave to a radio station. Many stations exist at the same time without interfering frequencies and we simply tune into the one we want to hear. What if our "radio" is only capable of receiving this universe but there are many others out there?? Fascinating.
