God of Fury by Rina Kent

5.0

Just when I think I can’t love a book more, God of Fury hits me straight in the heart.

We know Bran and Niko from previous books, but this is all about their obsession driven love story. General premise, Niko sees Bran, wants Bran, chases Bran until he can’t say no. They go through their push snd pull before they at least become f*ck buddies, after Bran finally admits the attraction. These boys go through the wringer. There’s hiding from the public, fighting their own demons and then fighting each other’s demons. It’s absolutely a hard won HEA. But it’s so freaking beautiful when they get there.

This book definitely has mental health reps and takes you down sone darker roads with it. There’s sone very emotional moments that I wasn’t expecting from this book, but which made it that much better.

This book is a true enemies to lovers depiction, my absolute favorite. Nikolai and Brandon have amazing chemistry. The spice is so so very nice. It’s written in a way that’s true to their character but leaves you fanning yourself and wanting more.

There are tons of triggers, violence, mm smut, self harm reference, mental health issues. So make sure you check beforehand. I cannot recommend this book enough. It’s absolutely a book I’ll be reading reading in the future.
