Champagne and French Kisses by Elsie Woods

fast-paced

5.0

I knew I would love this book, but I am happy to report that this book also made sure I got back on track with reading- the last few were not great.

Anyway, back to Paris.

This time we follow Gina, perhaps the most Texas gal out of the friend group, who is struggling to make enough money to stay in France- but thankfully we have Benoit to mistake her identity and quite literally sweep her off her feet.

LOVE.

I flew through this book and had the best time reading. The part on Corsica made things a bit uninteresting for me, but the story fully pulled be back in and tied up everything with a perfectly tied, macaron-coloured bow.

Benoit’s last name Alaflamme was a bit on the nose (to the flame, which ties to passionate I guess?) but cute nonetheless.

Looking forward to the other books in this series.

Thank you to the author for once again allowing me to read an ARC from this series!!!

I received an ARC of this book (thanks!) and these are my own opinions.
