What a ride this book was!
I was crying by page 50 😭 I love that we get to see more of the development for each of the Kings in this book, but ESPECIALLY with Ryder. I love Leon's effort to make everyone get along, and the comradery at the end - ugh we love it when MMCs come together for their girl!
While we still don't know who killed Gareth, we have this new and wild subplot with the mysterious King and their need to gain power. I ALWAYS had the ick for Nightmare 🤮 i think its because she's a siren and a leech. I am excited to see if my theories for book 4 come to light - the tunnel/cave needs more explaination. Is Greyshine involved? My gut says yes!
I finally understand the reading order now! We get to meet ZA characters and omg is it worth it! Chapter 27 is hilarious! Oreos will forever be a joke to me 🤣
The SPICE 🥵🌶 in this book had me kicking my feet for DAYSSSSS! Chapter 36...🥵🤤 iykyk. I love how even the way she is intimately with each King is different. Working around the "deal" is almost better than physical intimacy. Loved this escalation in this book.
The last 100 pages had me SHOOK! Part of me is upset that they didn't listen to her or give her time to talk. Another part thinks Gabriel is a whiny baby. But the most, I'm hurting for Ryder. Ugh, let's good Book 4!
