A typical sweet and romantic Christmas story, where we have one of the MCs who is serious and ambitious, his only interest is to get his grandfather to sell his toy shop to the business chain he works for and finally become a partner in said chain. To be completely fair, despite his ambition, James really believes that his grandfather needs to sell in order to start enjoying his life after so many years of work, and if James also benefits from that, so much the better.

What James does not expect, when he arrives at Christmas Falls, is to meet Ezra, his grandfather's assistant, who is the complete opposite of James. Ezra is cheerful, selfless and warm-hearted.

Ezra teaches James that life isn't all business, and that sometimes, matters of the heart are the only ones worth fighting for.
