Of the romance novels that I’ve read recently, I feel like this was the best as a story and was really hard to put down at times. The characters were (most of them) lovable and well developed.

I am however, still a bit upset that Dahlia got herself kicked off with SOUP, which seems like such an amateur mistake to make something that simple that far into a cooking competition. There are so many more impressive things that could have been made for the autumn theme and Dahlia was described as so skilled that I can’t believe she didn’t attempt something like a pot pie or an apple spice cake with caramel apple mousse, especially as she went into that challenge feeling so confident. :/
