Although they do find their footing after a while, I personally find that the Strawhat vs. CP9 fights rely too much on humor when they first begin. Considering that Robin is in active peril , I just don't believe that the rest of the crew would be joking around. The series did a great job having them "lock in" when previous arcs got serious, so it feels out of character in this volume. Also, Monster Point Chopper is terrifying and I love him.
