Compulsively readable - even more than the first book. Pip really grew on me as a character in this one. I hate when characters abide by the letter of the law even when the law fails them, so I loved that the author allowed Pip to be angry and vengeful and take matters into her own hands. It made her much more interesting. There wasn't much character development for anyone else
except maybe Stanley at the end
but I always love Ravi.
