I was lucky enough to meet the author when this was published under its original name, and I’m so happy to see her success with this new trad pub version.
I remember originally this was comped to Dune meets The Poppy War and I guess but it’s so much richer than those comps can convey so if you want a new fantasy novel to stomp all over your heart, get to it!
