Well, that's unfortunate. Usually I catch reviews for books that are being slated heavily for racism, antisemitism, &c. but I put this on hold a looooong time ago and went straight into reading it when it came in at the library.
I don't think this book is irredeemably bad, which is so frustrating because choices were Made. It's a definite reminder as a white writer how a good concept can get bogged down by our own lack of awareness.
