Wait for It by Mariana Zapata

5.0

If you haven't read a Mariana Zapata book by now, just fucking do it already!
She's definitely the queen of slow burn romance. Her books are so straightforward and to the point though, no bullshit drama and unnecessary twists. It's just life on paper.
Some might consider them boring, but they are brilliant. She builds every relationship so beautifully. Ah, man, I'm in love with her writing style. Granted, there are some parts I don't necessarily like and find repetitive, but overall, this book is so awesome. I particularly like the bond between Diana and her nephews, it made my heart swell with love. I also laughed a lot at their dialogue exchanges.
This is my 3rd book of hers and I was kinda shocked when I realised that the characters from The Wall of Winnipeg and Me, Kulti, Wait for It and Under Locke are all somehow connected. Brilliant.
