When I saw this book featured on a website about upcoming horror books, I placed a hold on it. The book is delightfully queer. Three main trans characters; one transman and two transwomen, one "passing" and the other "non-passing". I use those terms in quotes because I think they're phasing out, but I don't know how else to describe it. The world has gone to hell and transwomen (and AMAB non-binary folk) are trying to survive as all biological men have gone mad. As well as fighting cismen, they have to fight the TERFs trying to kill them. Just very good and fun, but also a bit dark.
