Wayside School Beneath the Cloud of Doom by Louis Sachar

4.0

I feel like this time around Sachar specifically spent more time adding sincerity to the characters, specifically developing some of them a bit more from the one dimensionality that the previous books had (except maybe the end of book 3). It was a different experience from the previous books for sure, but I liked the growth, because at the end of the day these are still kids, even in an absurd school like Wayside School.
