What a great read and coincidentally it was the last thing I read before the passing of Ozzy Osbourne. This was a very straightforward memoir that touches on Geezer’s early life and his life with Sabbath. Geezer gets very personal and honest about his struggles with mental health, addiction, and whatever rock n’ roll antics the band got into. Being that he’s the band’s lyricist, it was no surprise that the book was written well and it was a very easy read. I loved learning about the background to a lot of Black Sabbath’s lyrics and how the stories that inspired them or how they came to be. I highly recommend this book to anybody interested in Sabbath.
